1. Purpose

Opalite Cleaning Services, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may capture photographs, videos, audio recordings, images, testimonials, or other media content of customers, clients, participants, and visitors. This Media Consent and Release Policy explains the rights you grant us when Media featuring you is collected.

2. Consent

By using our services, or otherwise participating in activities where Media may be captured, you voluntarily consent to the creation and use of such Media by us and our authorized representatives.

3. Grant of Rights

You irrevocably grant to Opalite Cleaning Services, LLC , its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and designees a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Record, photograph, film, reproduce, edit, modify, enhance, display, perform, distribute, transmit, broadcast, and create derivative works from the Media;

  • Use, publish, and exploit the Media (including your name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any statements or testimonials you provide) in any and all media formats, whether now known or hereafter devised.

4. Permitted Uses – Marketing and Commercial Purposes

We may use the Media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Website, blog, email newsletters, and online content

  • Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners)

  • Television, digital, and outdoor advertising

  • Portfolio, press releases, and media kits

  • Commercial products or services

  • Any other promotional or business-related purpose

5. No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the creation or use of the Media.

6. Release and Waiver

You hereby release and discharge Opalite Cleaning Services, LLC , its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action (whether legal or equitable) arising out of or in connection with the creation or use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false light, or infringement of moral rights.

7. Minors

If the individual featured in the Media is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent on their behalf. By providing consent, the parent/guardian agrees to all terms of this policy on behalf of the minor.

8. Revocation

You may revoke your consent for future use of the Media by sending a written request to adrian@opaliteclean.com

Please note:

  • Revocation will not apply to Media already published or distributed.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to cease future use within 30 days of receiving your request.

9. Relationship to Privacy Policy

This Media Consent and Release Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Privacy Policy. Any personal information contained in or associated with the Media will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Your continued participation in our events or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
