While we’re working, we pay attention to more than the cleaning.
If we notice something obvious—
a burned-out bulb, slow drip, entry cobwebs, visible damage, or another concern you may want to know about—we’ll let you know.
Minor presentation items may be handled while we’re there.
Other findings can be included in your completion summary, with a photo when useful.
